Parking Fee - $100 per month / $65 less than a month

Cleaning Fee - $100 month or less / $150 more than a month

Cleaning fee - extra $30 for pets

Damage Deposit - $400
(Refunded within 3 days aftercheckout, if suite is left in same condition before check in)

Baby furniture (High Chairs & Playpen) - $15 flat rate weekly or $25
per month

Pet fees apply - $25 flat rate weekly or $65 per month

Minimum person per room & extra person fees - $10 extra per day or
$100 monthly flat rate
